Journal of Practical Business Law (Abbreviation: JPBL) is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed open-access journal (OAJ) with a wide-ranging coverage, including research activities in Business Law into a unique reference source.  The Journal of Practical Business is free of charge.

Journal of Practical Business Law is a "Bimonthly" (Six times a year) publication journal, which publishes original research articles, review papers, short communications, letter to editor, and authors response to letters to editor across the fields. Journal of Practical Business is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC- By 4.0). Plagiarism is a serious violation of publication ethics. Other violations include duplicate publication, data fabrication and falsification, and improper credit of author contribution. Thus, the Plagiarism or Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behaviour are unacceptable and submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable. It is necessary to mention that Journal of Practical Business Law Journal may ignore a duplicated manuscript up to 15%.
